This page explains how Meal Prep by Nutrition Done Right (operated by Bulking Meals Ltd) delivers your meals.

1. Delivery area

We deliver across mainland United Kingdom. Delivery availability for your postcode will be confirmed when we call you back or during order confirmation. Certain remote locations may incur an additional charge or may not be available.

2. How delivery works

1. You submit your plan / enquiry on this website.
2. We contact you to confirm your address, preferred delivery day and any access notes.
3. Meals are prepared fresh and packed in temperature-controlled packaging.
4. We arrange delivery or collection and confirm the time window with you.

3. Cut-off times

Order and change cut-off times are confirmed when your plan is set up. As a general guide shown on this promotional site:

• Cut-off around 15:30 Monday for mid-week delivery slots
• Cut-off around 15:30 Friday for weekend delivery slots

Exact cut-offs may vary by route and capacity — we will confirm yours personally.

4. Packaging & freshness

Meals are delivered chilled. Please refrigerate promptly on arrival and follow any use-by / storage guidance on the packaging. Keep packaging away from children and dispose of ice packs / coolants responsibly as instructed.

5. Missed deliveries

If you are not available and have not left safe-place instructions, we will attempt to contact you. Re-delivery may incur an additional fee. If meals cannot be safely delivered due to incorrect address details provided by you, we may be unable to refund perishable goods (see Refunds & Cancellation).

6. Delivery charges

Delivery charges (if any) will be confirmed before payment. Promotional free-delivery offers may apply and can be withdrawn at any time.
