Refunds & Cancellation

This policy explains how cancellations, pauses and refunds work for Meal Prep by Nutrition Done Right, operated by Bulking Meals Ltd (Company No. 13824180).

1. Pausing or changing your plan

You can request to pause, skip a delivery week, or amend your plan by contacting us before the applicable cut-off time for your next delivery. Changes requested after cut-off may apply to the following delivery cycle.

2. Cancelling your plan

You may cancel future deliveries at any time by emailing or calling us. Cancellation takes effect from the next delivery that has not yet passed the cut-off / production start. Meals already prepared or dispatched for a confirmed delivery are generally non-refundable because they are perishable goods made to order.

3. Cooling-off / Consumer Contracts Regulations

If you are a consumer buying online or by phone, you may have a 14-day cooling-off right for certain contracts. However, for perishable food goods that are prepared to your order and liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, the right to cancel may not apply once preparation or delivery has begun — in line with UK consumer law exceptions for perishable goods.

If you cancel an order before preparation has started, we will refund any amounts already paid for that undelivered order.

4. Faulty or incorrect orders

If your delivery is missing items, damaged, unsafe to eat, or significantly different from what was confirmed, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos where possible. We will offer a replacement, credit or refund as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval (bank timing may vary).
