These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any purchase of meal plans or related services from us. By using this site or placing an order / enquiry, you agree to these Terms.

1. About these Terms

This website is an advertising / promotional page for our meal preparation services. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Meal plans are food products and are not medicines or medical treatments.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to place an order. Deliveries are available within mainland United Kingdom only (see Delivery Info).

3. Ordering process

1. You select a meal plan, provide allergy / preference information and a contact number.
2. We may contact you by phone to confirm details, availability, pricing and delivery options before the order is finalised.
3. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order (by phone, email or written message).

Submitting an enquiry form does not guarantee acceptance of an order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices will be confirmed before payment is taken. Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT where applicable. Payment methods accepted will be confirmed at checkout / during your call. Promotional codes may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

5. Product information & allergies

We take allergen labelling seriously. You must tell us about any allergies or intolerances when ordering. While we use reasonable care, our kitchen handles multiple allergens and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Nutritional values shown on this website are averages and may vary.

6. Health & weight-loss disclaimer

Results vary from person to person. Our meal plans are designed to support a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under clinical care, consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms, cut-off times and areas are set out in our Delivery Info page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery (or collection, if applicable).

8. Cancellation, pauses and refunds

Please see our Refunds & Cancellation Policy. For distance contracts, consumer cooling-off rights may apply to certain goods/services as set out in that policy and UK consumer law.

9. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website (including attempting unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, or introducing malware). All content on this site (text, branding, images) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

10. Advertising disclosure

This page is a paid promotional advertisement. Testimonials and reviews displayed are illustrative customer experiences and do not guarantee the same results for every customer.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
